TWELFTH NIGHT:
PHOENIX THEATRE PRODUCTION'S SPRING TOUR 2018
Phoenix Theatre Productions is happy to officially announce our next show: "Twelfth Night"! In an effort to expand accessibility to young adults in Washtenaw County, PTP will be touring a production of Shakespeare's "Twelfth Night" around the county's community spaces and schools. All admission will be FREE! By uniting students and artists from the University of Michigan, Washtenaw Community College, and Eastern Michigan University, PTP plans to not only tour this show, but to also hold theatre workshops for young adults after each show! WHO ARE WE?
Located in Ypsilanti, MI, Phoenix Theatre Productions was created in May of 2016. Originally created as an alias to perform new original musical, Dearest Annabel Lee, Phoenix Theatre has grown into a new company for youth looking to advocate for self-motivation in the arts. Phoenix Theatre is run entirely by the young adults and adolescents of the show or company. They are responsible for everything and anything that goes into a show. We believe age has nothing to do with the ability to present professionalism in the field.
"Great theatre is about challenging how we think and encouraging us to fantasize about a world we aspire to be."
